Reasons why you are struggling to wake up
According to health experts, needing multiple alarms to wake up in the morning could be a sign of poor sleep quality, irregular sleep patterns, or an underlying sleep disorder. Consistently hitting the snooze button suggests that your body isn't getting the restorative sleep it needs. The last stage of the sleep cycle, known as REM, is particularly important for memory processing and creative thinking; fragmenting this stage can impact the brain function. Experts recommend setting a single alarm to allow deep sleep to continue uninterrupted until it's time to wake up.
