Prevent low back pain by walking more
According to a recent study published in The Lancet journal, walking can effectively help prevent lower back pain. Regular walks help strengthen the muscles supporting your spine, improve posture, and enhance circulation, all of which contribute to reducing back discomfort. To prevent the recurrence of lower back pain, the study authors recommend following a regular walking program of at least 30 minutes, five or more days a week.
