A new article published in the European Heart Journal suggests that consuming coffee between late morning and early afternoon may reduce the risk of early death, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. This timing maximizes coffee’s health benefits while minimizing potential disruptions to sleep patterns, which can adversely affect overall health. The study highlights the importance of not only what we consume but also when we consume it, highlighting timing as a crucial factor in dietary habits that promote longevity.
